- Project contract in English and Turkish;

- Design to your specifications;

- All LEGAL aspects of the purchase of land and the construction of your villa (incl. the Turkish legal title);

- Construction with care and attention to detail, using only the best and most suitable materials for a high-standard house;

- Management services by our bi-lingual staff, 7 days a week;

- Delivery in six months following the contract signature.

Whether you wish to let out your property, or to keep it purely for your personal use, you will need to maintain your new house, pool, and garden to a high standard. Kaunos Villas is professionally equipped to provide you with all these services, so you don't have to worry about it. We offer several types of property management at reasonable rates:

- House cleaning;

- All-inclusive packages;

- Tailor-made packages at your request;

- Extra services such as fully detailed cleaning, curtain cleaning, bedding and linen ironing, window cleaning, and cooking by a private chef are all available upon request.
